2. How much does shipping cost? What countries do you ship to?
All order free shipping.
We ship USA and CA!
3. How soon can you ship my order out?
Different items have their own processing time, which is what we cannot control. But what we can do is try the best to let you receive your items as soon as possible.
Usually the processing time is 2-3 business days.Always happy to combine on Shipping (Please use the Add-To-Cart feature above and request a total from me). Costs depend on the items total weight, but I do my best to keep it accurate.
4. Shipping Information and Tracking?
As soon as your order has been shipped out from our studio, you will receive an email with your order confirmation which includes your tracking number and a link to track the status of your order. Standard shipping/transit times apply (5-10 Business Days).
5. What if the customer picked the wrong size or color, can I change it?
A:Please Contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Please utilize the size charts and have a detailed explanation available to your customers.

7. You can provide tracking information.
You will receive an email once your order is shipped that contains your tracking information. If you don't receive the tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.
You can use your tracking information at: usps.com.
